On the occasion of the visit to the Netherlands of Prof Dr Djoko Santoso, the Indonesian Director General for Higher Education (DGHE), we invite you to attend the information session on academic cooperation between Indonesia and the Netherlands with the focus on new funding schemes aimed at increasing academic mobility between our two countries.
Event details
The event will be hosted by the Indonesian DGHE, the Indonesian Embassy in The Hague and Nuffic Neso Indonesia. During the session information will be presented on several (co-funded) scholarship and grant programs of the Indonesia Ministry of National Education on degree mobility and research cooperation for Indonesian state and private university lecturers and researchers.
The session will provide an excellent opportunity to get first hand information on the available possibilities to increase institutional cooperation with Indonesian higher education institutions and to meet the Director General in person.
The Indonesian Ministry of National Education has several scholarship and grant schemes in place as part of the effort to increase the capacity of lecturers at state and private universities in Indonesia. The funding provides for degree studies abroad (MA and PhD), Post-docs, and joint research. Please check the following link regularly: www.nesoindonesia.or.id/grants
